【摘要】 目的观察腋下微创切口治疗肺大疱合并气胸的效果。方法邯郸市第一医院胸外科收治的60例肺大疱合并气胸的患者,全部采用腋下微创切口的手术方式治疗,观察转归及并发症。结果 60例患者,手术过程顺利。术后1例因引流不彻底再次发生上肺叶压缩40%。1例老年患者发生切口感染。其余术后均完全复张或肺压缩小于15%,无手术死亡,无1例出现胸腔感染,肺部感染等严重并发症。术后随访6个月～1年,无1例复发。结论腋下微创手术治疗肺大疱合并气胸可达到良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe effect of armpit microport surgery theropy on pulmonary bulla combining with pneumothorax.Methods Totally 60 patients pulmonary bulla combining with pneumothorax were treated with armpit microport surgery,then observed their effectiveness and complications.Results Totally 60 cases had successful surgery.1 case had upper lobi pulmonis 40% compressed.1 old patient had wound infection.The others lobi pulmonis compression were less than 15%.There was no death case or thorax infection or pulmonary infection or other severe complications.We had a 6 months to 1 year follow-up.There was no case recurring.Conclusions Armpit microport surgery therapy is well effective on pulmonary bulla combining with pneumothorax.更多还原
