【摘要】 目的探讨经腹中期妊娠多胎妊娠减胎术的方法及妊娠结局。方法选择2000年—2010年在郑州大学第一附属医院行中期妊娠减胎术的患者33例,分析中期减胎方法、减胎手术并发症、术后早产率和分娩孕周、新生儿出生体重等。结果减胎术后出血、羊水溢漏、术后早期流产、凝血障碍等无明显增高;明显延长了分娩孕周;新生儿出生体重增加。结论中期妊娠减胎术可作为避免多胎妊娠、异常胎儿出生的一种安全、简便、有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods and pregnancy outcome of trimester transabdominal selective fetal reduction.Methods Choose 33 mid-term pregnancy patients because of multiple birth or a fetal deformity carry on fetal reduction in our hospital from 2000 to 2010.Analyze the fetal reduction methods,complications,fetal reduction,the average gestational age,birth weight and so on.Also compared retained single births and twin birth weight and gestational age situation after fetal reduction.Results Totally 33 cases of trimester fetal reduction had no postoperative bleeding,amniotic fluid leakage,postoperative early abortion,coagulation disorder.The average gestational age and birth weight were statistically significant increased in the selective fetal reduction.Conclusions Trimester fetal reduction is a safe,simple,effective method to avoid multiple pregnancies and abnormal fetal birth.更多还原
