【摘要】 目的探讨MR扩散成像ADC值的测量在骨肉瘤化疗疗效评估中的作用。方法选取35例确诊为骨肉瘤患者化疗前后和11例正常患者的MR图像,分析扩散成像ADC值进行比较。结果肿瘤化疗前后最大径依次为(5.84±1.85)cm和(5.77±1.45)cm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.5),正常组织、化疗前后的骨肿瘤和软组织肿块表观弥散系数ADC值依次为(0.498±0.212)、(0.466±0.311)、差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肿瘤化疗前后ADC值分别为(1.170±0.182)和(1.847±0.198),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨外软组织肿块ADC值化疗前后分别为(1.110±0.123)和(1.762±0.122),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。正常组骨髓和软组织的ADC值为(0.498±0.212)和(0.466±0.311),其与肿瘤化疗前肿瘤组织和软组织肿块之间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照疗效评估标准,TVNR>90%,占82.89%(29/35)。结论 MR扩散成像ADC值的测量可对骨肉瘤治疗效果进行评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the utility of diffusion-weighted MR in the responses to chemotherapy of osteosarcoma.Methods Selected 35 patients diagnosed with osteosarcoma and 11 normal patients with MR images,ADC values of diffusion imaging for comparison.Results Maximum diameter of the tumor before and after chemotherapy was not significant(P>0.5).Normal tissue,before and after chemotherapy,bone tumors and soft tissue mass difference between ADC values were significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusions The measurement of ADC values in MR diffusion imaging can evaluate the effect of treatment in osteosarcoma.更多还原
