【摘要】 目的了解食管间质瘤的CT影像学特点,分析探讨CT影像学表现对本病的诊断价值。通过其临床病理,进一步研究食管间质瘤的良恶性特征。方法回顾性分析29例经手术病理证实的食管间质瘤的CT影像表现,结合临床资料利用CT平扫和增强扫描并参照其病理免疫组化,进行良恶性分析。结果 29例患者以食管胸下段发生最为常见,胸中段次之,胸上段少见;其中良性肿瘤21例,恶性肿瘤8例;良性肿瘤的CT平扫:表现为腔内黏膜下类圆形密度均匀的软组织肿物影,增强扫描轻度均匀强化;恶性肿瘤CT平扫:肿瘤边缘呈分叶状、伴有囊变坏死,增强扫描不规则强化,囊变坏死区不强化。结论食管间质瘤的CT表现多为腔内生长的肿块,通过CT检查及其影像学特点有助于提高良恶性的鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To be familiar with the CT image features of esophageal stromal tumors,and analyze the diagnostic value of CT images.Methods CT imaging of 29 cases with esophageal stromal tumors confirmed by post-operative pathology were analyzed and summarized retrospectively,and assess the property according pathology.Results The lesions were dominantly located in the lower the esophageal in the 29 cases.In the group,21cases were benign,8cases were malignant.CT scan of benign tumors: displayed endogenous mass in esophageal lumen submucosal,enhanced scan with mild homogeneous enhancement.CT scan of malignant tumors: The tumor margin was lobulated associated with cystic degeneration and necrosis.The tumor were irregular enhancement in enhanced scan,and the necrotic area were not enhanced.Conclusions CT image features of esophageal stromal tumors displayed endogenous mass and they can improve the qualitative assessment of tumors.更多还原
