【Abstract】 This article analysed the climate condition by using the data of cold air and temperature on the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea in the winter of 2009/2010.It is found that the air temperature on the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea is severely lower than annum mean.It is proved this year is a severe-ice-year by analysising the sea ice development and sea ice condition in severe-period on each sea area.更多还原
