【摘要】 目的观察股骨颈骨折术后应用轻量牵引对股骨头坏死的预防效果。方法对48例股骨颈骨折应用空心螺钉治疗,并在术后进行轻量骨牵引。结果随访36~48个月,2例延期愈合,3例股骨头晚期塌陷,1例股骨头早期坏死。结论在早期行空心钉固定手术,良好的复位的基础上,术后通过一定时期的轻量骨牵引等综合措施,可以有效减少股骨头坏死及骨折不愈合的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the preventive effectiveness of slight postoperative skeletal traction for osteonecrosis of femoral head caused by transcervical fracture.Methods Forty-eight patients with transcervical fracture were treated with hollow bolt combined with slight postoperative skeletal traction.Results During a follow-up period of 36-48 months,2 had delayed healing,3 had late subsidence of femoral head,and 1 had early osteonecrosis of femoral head.Conclusion On the basis of fixation with hollow bolt and proper diaplasis in the early stage,slight postoperative skeletal traction for a certain period can decrease the occurrence of osteonecrosis of femoral head and failure of healing.更多还原
