【摘要】 以马氏珠母贝选系F2为实验材料,按照马氏珠母贝常规技术进行插核手术,并经过池塘休养和海区养殖过程,比较了细胞小片黏液处理和保养对马氏珠母贝育珠效果影响。实验设为4组:细胞小片黏液处理组(A)、细胞小片保养组(B)、同时进行细胞小片黏液处理和保养组(C),对照组(D),同时利用H E染色观察比较A和D组细胞小片显微结构的变化。研究结果表明,对照组细胞小片的外套膜边缘上皮细胞部分脱落,而处理组的外套膜边缘上皮细胞保持完整。育珠期结束后,A、B、C和D组育珠贝的成活率没有显著差别(P>0.05);A、B、C和D组留核率、商品珠率和优质珍珠率存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中B组具有最大的商品珠率(81.4%)和优质珠率(34.6%),C组具有最小的商品珠率(70.7%)和优质珠率(20.6%)。本研究结果说明经过细胞小片保养处理能显著提高马氏珠母贝的商品珠率和优质珠率,这为优质海水珍珠生产提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A nucleus-inserting operation on pearl oyster Pinctada martensii was performed following the common procedure in the pearl culture,and then followed recuperation in the ponds and culture in the sea.Effects of mantle pieces solutions on pearl quality of Pinctada martensii were evaluated.Four groups were set and designated as follows: Group A,mantle pieces soaked in mucus-free solution for 10-15mins;Group B,mantle pieces soaked in preservative solution for 5-10mins;Group C,mantle pieces soaked mucus-free in solution for 10-15mins and then in preservative solution for 10-15mins;Group D,treated following the common protocol in nucleus insertion operation.The differences in micro-structure between the groups A and B were also evaluated by using light microscopy.The epithelium cells in the mantle edge of the group D fell off in part,while those of the group A were integrated.There were not significant differences in nucleus retention rates and survival rates among the four groups after culturing in the sea for eight months(P>0.05).However,there existed significant differences in commercial pearl rates and high quality pearl rates among the four groups(P<0.05).The group B had the largest commercial pearl rates(81.4%) and high quality pearl rates(34.6%),while the group C had the smallest commercial pearl rates(70.7%) and quality pearl rates(20.6%).The present results suggested that high quality pearl rate of pearl oyster P.martensii could improve by mantle pieces preservation solution,which provided some information on high-valued sea pearl production.更多还原
