【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对胎儿重复肾诊断的临床应用价值。方法对1 283例妊娠中、晚期孕妇进行胎儿泌尿系统筛查,诊断胎儿有无重复肾畸形。结果在1 283例中晚期妊娠的孕妇中,共检测出11例重复肾畸形胎儿,检出率为0.85%,且均被引产后解剖及出生后检查所证实。结论产前彩色多普勒超声是诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形必要的检查手段,可为临床产前处理及产后治疗提供重要信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of duplicative kidney.Methods One thousand two hundred and eighty-three medium-late pregnancy women were screened for fetal urinary system to diagnose duplicative kidney.Results Among 1 283 cases of women in medium-late pregnancy,11 cases were detected abnormal fetal kidney duplication,and the detection rate was 0.85%.All of the cases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were confirmed by dissection after induction and inspection after birth.Conclusion The prenatal color Doppler ultrasonic examination in diagnosis of urinary system malformation is an essential inspection method,and will be benefit for management and treatment of pregnant women.更多还原
