【摘要】 目的研究归芪洋参口服液对缺铁性贫血大鼠模型的改善作用。方法以低铁饲料喂饲60只雄性Wistar大鼠4周并结合定期少量放血的方法建立缺铁性贫血大鼠模型。选50只血红蛋白(Hb)含量低于100 g/L的大鼠随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为贫血模型对照组和高、中、低归芪洋参口服液组及阳性对照组。各组均继续喂饲低铁饲料,贫血模型对照组经口给予相应容积去离子水,阳性对照组经口给予硫酸亚铁,实验组分别经口给予不同剂量的归芪洋参口服液。30天后再分别测定各组动物的红细胞计数,血红蛋白水平,血清铁含量及红细胞内游离原卟啉含量,并观察动物的生长情况以及对体重的影响。结果阳性对照组及各实验组大鼠的红细胞计数、血红蛋白和血清铁含量均高于贫血模型对照组,与贫血模型对照组比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阳性对照组及各实验组的红细胞内游离原卟啉含量明显下降,与贫血模型对照组比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论归芪洋参口服液有改善大鼠缺铁性贫血的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the oral solution of Guiqi American Ginseng on iron deficiency anemia(IDA) rats.Methods A total of 60 male Wistar rats were fed with low iron diet for 4 weeks to establish IDA models by blooding at caudal vein,and 50 of them with Hb less than 100 g/L were randomly divided into 5 groups.The rats in the iron deficiency negative control group were given deionized water,the positive control group were gavaged ferrous sulfate.The three remaining others were respectively given the different concentrations of Guiqi American Ginseng for 30 days.Body weight,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,serum iron and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin were measured at the end of experiment.Results Guiqi American Ginseng significantly increased the levels of hemoglobin,red blood cell count as well as serum iron and reduced the levels of free erythrocyte protoporphyrin(P<0.01).Conclusion Guiqi American Ginseng can improve iron deficiency anemia of rats.更多还原
