注射用黄芪冻干粉对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学及血液流变学的影响

【摘要】 目的观察注射用黄芪冻干粉对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学和血液流变学的影响。方法采用结扎SD大鼠左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,将大鼠随机分为模型组、注射用黄芪冻干粉大、中、小剂量组及阳性对照丹参组,静脉给药,观察、记录大鼠血流动力学参数。另将正常SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组与注射用黄芪冻干粉大、中、小剂量组,各组连续6 d静脉给药,于第7天时,除正常对照组外,其余各组均行冠脉结扎,取血,测血液流变学各参数。结果注射用黄芪冻干粉可明显回升心肌缺血大鼠的心率(HR)(P<0.05或P<0.01)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室最大收缩速率(+dp/dtmax),有效降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)心肌缺血大鼠左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室最大舒张速率(-dp/dtmax),使红细胞压积及全血黏度明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论注射用黄芪冻干粉可明显改善大鼠的心肌缺血指标,对缺血心肌产生有利的保护作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of lyophilized Radix Astragali powder injection(LRAPI) on hemodynamics and blood rheologyy change of rats with myocardial ischemia.METHODS The myocardial ischemia model was establised by ligating the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery.Then SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,salvia miltiorrhiza group,large,medium and small doses group of LRAPI.The hemodynamic parameters and indices of blood rheology were recorded.In addition,the normal SD rats,which were randomly assigned into normal group,control group,large,medium and small doses group of LRAPI were administered intravenously for 6 days.At the next day the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery of the rats were ligated except the normal group.Then indices of blood rheology were observed.RESULTS LRAPI groups significantly increased(P<0.05 or 0.01)the heart rate(HR),left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP) and the maximum contraction velocity(+dp/dtmax) of rats with myocardial ischemia,and significantly lowered(P<0.05 or P<0.01)the left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP),maximum diastolic velocity(-dp/dtmax),packed cell volume and blood viscosity.CONCLUSION LRAPI groups can significantly ameliorate all the indexes and protect the heart function of the rats with myocardial ischemia.
