苁蓉美白防晒霜的制备及其质量评价

【摘要】 目的研制以肉苁蓉苯乙醇总苷为主要功效成分的美白防晒霜。方法采用O/W型乳剂配方,加入从肉苁蓉中提取精制的苯乙醇总苷,制成美白防晒霜。采用紫外分光光度法测定苯乙醇总苷的含量。采用紫外线照射复制皮肤损伤的病理动物模型,比较小鼠皮肤外观的变化。结果该霜剂质地均匀细腻、易于涂抹、无刺激性、性质稳定,能有效减轻紫外线照射对皮肤的损伤。含量测定中,以松果菊苷为对照品,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.5%。结论该霜剂处方设计合理、制备工艺简单、性质稳定,对紫外线照射的皮肤损伤有一定保护作用,质量可控制。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To prepare a whitening sunscreen cream by using the total phenylethanoid glycosides in Cistanche as the active additive.METHODS The whitening sunscreen cream was prepared by using the oil in water emulsion formulation,added with phenylethanoid glycosides ingredient extracted and refined from Cistanche.The quality was evaluated and its content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The skin destruction on mice was caused by ultraviolet radiation and the changes of skin appeareance of mice were compared.RESULTS The cream showed exquisite,well-distributed,non-irritative,stable characteristics and could relieve the skin destruction caused by ultraviolet radiation.In the determination of the content,echinacoside was used as reference.The average recovery was 98.2% with RSD of 1.5%.CONCLUSION The cream is rational in prescription design,simple in preparation method,good in stability,and has protective effects on skin destruction caused by ultraviolet radiation.The quality is easy to handle by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry.It is hopeful to be developed a new natural whitening sunscreen cream.
