【摘要】 目的研究林蛙油榆黄蘑胶囊的抗疲劳作用。方法在小鼠抗疲劳试验中,将小鼠分为空白组、林蛙油组、榆黄蘑组和3个不同剂量的林蛙油榆黄蘑胶囊组(0.7、1.4、2.1 g·kg-1),分别ig蒸馏水和相应药物,每天1次,连续30 d。记录小鼠负重力竭游泳时间,在小鼠游泳实验中检测小鼠血乳酸、血清尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原含量各项指标。结果与林蛙油组和榆黄蘑组相比较,不同剂量的林蛙油榆黄蘑胶囊均可延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素和血乳酸水平,提高肝糖原的储备含量。结论林蛙油榆黄蘑胶囊具有良好的抗疲劳作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To research on the anti-fatigue effect of Linwayou Yuhuangmo capsule.METHODS 60 Kunming mice were divided into a control group,a Oviductus ranae group,a Pleurotus citrinopileatus group and three Linwayou Yuhuangmo capsule(LYC)of different concentrations groups(0.7,1.4,2.1 g·kg-1),which were given distilled water and the corresponding drugs via gastrogavage.The mice were adminstrated one time per day,and continuouly administrated.Thirty days later,the exhaustive swimming time were recorded.In an exhaustive swimming task,the indexes of lactic acid levels,blood urea nitrogen(BUN) levels,liver glycogen stores of the mice were tested and analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the Oviductus ranae group and the Pleurotus citrinopileatus group,different doses of LYC could prolong exhaustive swimming time,reduce BUN levels,decrease accumulation of lactic acid in the blood,and increase liver glycogen levels.CONCLUSION LYC has obviouse anti-fatigue effect.更多还原
