电解液对CdS薄膜光电化学电池性能的影响
The influences of different electrolytes on the Ⅰ-Ⅴ properties of PECs based on the CdS films
【摘要】 在光电化学电池中,电解液担负着传递电子的重要责任,因此选择一个最优的电解液对于电池整体效率的提高非常重要。本文通过对CdS薄膜的光电化学电池在六种不同的电解液体系中光电性能的考察发现,加入少量的KCl多硫电解液体系中可以稳定CdS薄膜,减少电子和空穴的复合几率,增加电子的传递速度,从而提高CdS薄膜光电化学电池的光电转化效率。
【Abstract】 In the photoelectrochemical cells(PECs),the electrolyte plays an important role in the electron transfer process.In order to improve the overall efficiency of photoelectrochemical cells,it is necessary to seek out the optimal electrolyte.In this paper,the influences of six types of electrolytes on the Ⅰ-Ⅴ properties of PECs based on the CdS films were investigated.We found that the ploysulfide electrolyte containing small amount of KCl could stabilize the CdS films,suppress the recombination of the electron and cavity,and increase of the rate electron transfer.Thus,the efficiency of the PECs was improved.
