餐饮业污水中动植物油测定的一种新方法
A new method of determination for food industry vegetable and animal oil in wastewater
【摘要】 红外分光光度法是我国目前测定油类的标准方法,也是一种在对油含量测定中既能进行定性分析,又可以进行定量分析的方法。但是该方法最高检出浓度低,对含油量较高的餐饮业废水需要稀释后才能进行测定,此操作过程较繁琐,且大量消耗四氯化碳,对环境和人体均有不良影响。本研究在红外分光光度法的基础上,提出了一种简便、快捷、高检出浓度的餐饮业污水中动植物油测定的方法:直接用待测定浓度的样品液制作标准曲线,绘制出一条有高检测浓度的标准曲线,使含油量高的餐饮废水的测定在不需要稀释的操作下直接快捷地测定,而且大大降低四氯化碳的使用量,达到快速测定和环保的目的。
【Abstract】 Infrared spectrophotometry is the standard method for determining the oil in China.At the same time,it is also an oil content measurement in both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods can be made.But this method has low limit of the highest test concentration,high oil content of catering waste water after dilution is required to be measured,procedure more cumbersome,massive consumption of carbon tetrachloride,and will have adverse effects on the environment and the human body,such as faults.In this paper,a simple,fast,and highly detectable concentrations of produced fluid samples method for determination of animal and vegetable oils was proposed based on infrared spectrophotometry.The determined oil concentration curve of waste water as the standard to be lined,draws the standard curve with higher test concentrations limt.The oil concentration of catering waste water containing a high content was directly and quickly determined without need to dilute.This method not only greatly reduce the consumption of carbon tetrachloride,also achieve rapid analysis and environmental objectives.
