二茂铁甲酸原位接枝环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯的合成研究
Study on Synthesis of Ferrocene Carboxylic Acid In-situ Grafted Epoxidized Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene
【摘要】 选用四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,进行二茂铁甲酸(FcCA)接枝环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯(EHTPB)的合成研究。合成产物的红外光谱和1H-NMR显示,在1 714和1 276 cm-1处表现出明显的羧酸酯基团特征吸收峰,在1 139和823 cm-1处表现出茂环特征吸收峰,在4.2 ̄4.9处显示茂环上9H的核磁共振谱带。化学分析表明产物含铁质量分数为1.75%,平均接枝率为20.65%。
【Abstract】 The research on synthesis of ferrocene carboxylic acid(FcCA) in-situ grafted epoxidized hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(EHTPB) was carried out by using tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst.The FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectra of synthetic products indicate that the obvious characteristic absorption peaks of carboxylate group occurr at 1 714 and 1 276 cm-1,the characteristic absorption peaks of ferrocene cycle occurr at 1 139 and 823 cm-1,the NMR spectrum bands of 9H on ferrocene cycle occurr at 4.2~4.9.The chemical analysis shows that the Fe mass fraction in products is 1.75%,average grafting rate is 20.65%.
