羧甲基淀粉与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的相互作用研究
Interaction between Carboxymethyl Starch and Cetyl Trimethylammonium Bromide
【摘要】 通过电导法、粒度法、光谱及热分析等方法研究了羧甲基淀粉与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵之间的相互作用。结果表明,在较低表面活性剂浓度下,静电作用使得羧甲基淀粉与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵发生复合,这一浓度比单一表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(cmc)低1个数量级;但随表面活性剂的增加,复合物溶液经历澄清-混浊-澄清过程,说明表面活性剂起到了加溶作用。盐的加入降低了复合物的粒径,起到一定的促溶作用。热重分析表明二者的复合物分解温度升高,等电点下季铵盐完全取代了Na+。
【Abstract】 Interaction between carboxymethyl starch(CMS) and cationic surfactant cetyl trimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) was investigated by conductivity,particle size measurement,UV-Vis spectroscopy and TG methods.The results showed that electrostatic attraction caused the complex interaction even in a low concentration of CTAB which was 10 times lower than the critical micelle concentration of CTAB(cmc).The complex solution experienced a transparent-opaque-transparent transition as increasing the concentration of CTAB.It verified solubilization of the surfactants.Addition of salt decreased the complex size and facilitated the dissolution.TG analysis indicated the complex decomposed in a higher temperature,and quaternary ammonium groups replaced the Na+ at isoelectric point.
