介孔分子筛Ti-HMS的合成及其催化性能
Synthesis of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve Ti-HMS by Different Methods and its Catalytic Performance
【摘要】 采用直接合成、嫁接、浸渍不同方法合成了介孔分子筛Ti-HMS样品。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、低温N2吸附-脱附、固体紫外-可见漫反射(UV-DRS)等手段对样品进行了表征,并在温和条件下考察了样品对过氧化氢液相氧化环己烯的催化性能。结果表明,Ti-HMS都很好的保持了母体HMS的介孔结构,且杂原子钛多以四配位的形式存在,表现出良好的催化氧化活性。其中嫁接法合成的gra-Ti-HMS分子筛催化活性最好。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous molecular sieves Ti-HMS were prepared by direct synthesis,grafting and impregnation methods using TBOT as the Ti source.The Ti-HMS samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm and UV-DRS.The catalytic performance of the Ti-HMS samples for oxidation of cyclohexene with aqueous H2O2 was tested under the mild conditions.Experimental results showed that the Ti-HMS samples maintained the original mesoporous structure with a smaller specific BET surface area,pore volume and pore size compared to the parent HMS sieve.UV-DRS and FT IR measurements indicated the existence of tetrahedral titanium(IV).The catalytic activity of the grafting samples were better than that of the direct synthetic and impregnating samples.
