基于1,8-萘酰亚胺功能团的Hg2+荧光分子探针的合成与性能
Preparation and performance of Hg2+ ion based on 1,8-naphthalimide fluorophore
【摘要】 以4-溴-1,8-萘酐和正丁胺为原料,合成了含有1,8-萘酰亚胺官能团的汞离子荧光分子探针4-二(2-羟乙基氨基)-乙氨基-N-n-丁基-1,8-萘酰亚胺(FP)。采用红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振氢谱等测试技术对产物进行了结构表征。考察了Cd2+、Hg2+、Na+、Pb2+、Co2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Fe3+、Cu2+离子对该化合物荧光发射光谱的影响,结果表明Hg2+离子能使FP荧光显著增强。并探讨了荧光机理。结合其结构特点,认为FP是可逆的、灵敏的汞离子荧光探针,能成功应用于汞离子的检测。
【Abstract】 4-Bis(2-hydroxyethylamino)ethylamino)-N-n-butyl-1,8-naphthalimide(FP),a novel water soluble fluorescent molecular probe,was synthesized by using 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalic anhydride and n-butane amine as starting materials.The structure was characterized by IR,MS and 1HNMR.The influence of the different metal cations,such as Cd2+,Na+,Pb2+,Co2+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Fe3+,Cu2+ and Hg2+ ions on the fluorescent spectra of FP was investigated.The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of FP could be greatly increased by Hg2+ ion.The fluorescence mechanism was discussed.FP was a reversible and sensitive mercury ion fluorescent probe and could be successfully applied to the detection of mercury ion.
