三聚氰胺分子印迹固相萃取小柱的研制及其应用

【摘要】 用本体聚合法制备三聚氰胺分子印迹聚合物,通过静态平衡吸附实验及固相萃取实验表征其固相萃取性能,结合HPLC法对实际奶粉样品中的三聚氰胺进行测定。三聚氰胺模板聚合物的吸附能力强于空白聚合物;固相萃取柱对三聚氰胺标准溶液(0.3 mmol/L)一次性萃取率达97.01%,奶粉样品中三聚氰胺测定的平均回收率为101.2%。印迹聚合物对三聚氰胺具有特异性识别性能,固相萃取小柱萃取选择性好、柱容量较高,可应用于药品、食品检测等相关领域。

【Abstract】 Melamine MIP was prepared by bulk polymerization,SPE capability was studied through equilibrium absorption experiment and SPE experiment.Milk powder sample was determined by HPLC method.The absorption capability of Melamine MIP was stronger thanthat of Non-MIP.The extraction rate by MIP-SPE was 97.1%.The average percent recovery of milk powder sample was 101.2%.Melamine MIP presented a good specific recognition to Melamine,SPE column show good selectivity and high column capacity.It can be applied in drug and food test fields.
