羊皮无铬鞣制过程锆钛含量分布研究
Distributions of zirconium and titanium concentration in the process of sheep skin chrome-free tanning
【摘要】 以绵羊浸酸原皮为原材料,研究不同鞣制时间鞣液和羊皮中的锆钛含量变化。采用微波消解法处理皮样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定结果表明,锆钛在肉面层的含量最高,其次是粒面层,中间层含量最低。随着鞣制时间增加,锆钛在3层中含量趋于均匀。提碱之前,无铬鞣剂以渗透为主。提碱后,皮革中金属元素含量急剧升高。扫描电子显微镜观察显示,随着鞣制时间增加,皮革中胶原纤维越来越疏松。用X-射线能谱(EDS)分析鞣性金属锆钛在皮革胶原纤维中的含量和分布。纤维束表面锆钛含量较多、分布均匀、间隙含量较少。
【Abstract】 The concentrations of zirconium and titanium in grain layer,mesosphere and flesh split of sheep skin from different tanning time were determined by ICP-AES using microwave digestion samples.The changes of the fiber in the sheep skin leather were observed by SEM.The distributions of zirconium and titanium in leather collagen fiber were determined by EDS.The results show that the contents of Zr and Ti are more in the flesh split compared with the grain leather,the content of mesosphere is the least.As increasing of tanning time,The contents of Zr and Ti are more uniform in the three layers.Before raising base,soaking of chrome-free tanning agent is the main process.but after raising base,the contents of tanning metal elements in the leather are rising sharply.The EDS showed that the tanning metals dispersed well in the sheep leather on the whole,the content of tanning metals is low in the interspace of fasciculus,but high in the surface.
