【摘要】 采用电导法研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、2-膦酸基-1,2,4三羧基丁烷(PBTCA)三种阻垢剂单组分时的阻CaSO4垢性能以及二元复配、三元复配后的协同效应。考察了pH、温度等条件对二元复配物阻垢性能的影响。实验表明:二元组合除PASP和PBTCA之间存在协同效应,其余组合不存在协同效应,且ρ(PASP)∶ρ(PBTCA)为8∶2时阻CaSO4垢性能最好;三元组合阻垢性能有所提升但未超过PASP和PBTCA的二元组合,表明HDEP与PASP和PBTCA之间无协同效应;ρ(PASP)∶ρ(PBTCA)为8∶2的复配阻垢剂,其阻硫酸钙性能在温度范围为40～90℃之间随着温度升高而下降,但不受pH变化影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The CaSO4 resistance performance of three scale inhibitors PASP,HEDP,PBTCA and their combination were determined by conductometric method.The effect of tempetature,pH on the scale inhibiting performance of two-component system was studied too.It was found that the synergistic effect of the two-component system which having ratio of ρ(PASP)∶ρ(PBTCA) as 8∶2 shows the best anti-scaling performance and the scale inhibition performance lowered with the increase of temperature and the scale inhibiting performance is remain constant when pH increased from 6.0 to 9.0.更多还原
