【Abstract】 In the article,4-aminoantipyrine Schiff bases were synthesized.Among them,two compounds,glyoxal pairs of contraction 4-aminoantipyrine and 4-butanedione pairs of condensed with 4-aminoantipyrine have not reported in the literature yet.These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV and 1H NMR.Tests were conducted to the compounds on the resistance activity of superoxide anion.The experimental results showed that the compounds had high activity resistance of superoxide anion free radical.更多还原
