DNA与几种表面活性剂的作用
Electrochemical study on the interaction of DNA with surfactants
【摘要】 本文介绍了阳离子表面活性剂,两性离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂与DNA的相互作用。通过共振光散射(RLS),荧光显微镜,浊度法等方法测定表面活性剂与DNA之间的作用。试验发现:阳离子型表面活性剂分子可能通过静电作用和疏水作用,以DNA分子为模板在其表面形成了聚集,这种聚集增强了体系的RLS响应。当pH值低时,两性表面活性剂带正电荷,与阳离子型表面活性剂类似,可能通过静电作用力与DNA发生强烈相互作用而形成复合物;当pH值在等电点附近时,两性表面活性剂以内盐形式存在而对外显示不带电荷,与非离子表面活性剂类似,有可能通过疏水力、氢键或偶极作用等与DNA发生弱相互作用;pH较高时,呈现出阴离子表面活性剂的特性,可能致使在较低pH值下形成复合物发生解离。非离子表面活性剂通过疏水力,氢键等相互作用于DNA发生相互作用。
【Abstract】 Cationic surfactants,zwitterion surfactant,nonionic surfactant and DNA interactions were introduced in this research.The role between surfactant and DNA has successfully been detected with the resonance light scattering(RLS),fluorescence microscope,the turbidities methods.Cationic surfactant molecules may assem with DNA on its surface with the type of electrostatic interactions and hydrophobic.These aggregates enhanced system the RLS response.When the pH value is low,surfactant positively charged with cationic surfactant similar type,possibly by electrostatic forces and occur strongly with DNA and form complexes.When the pH value Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Chemical Engineering,Harbin 150078,Chinais near the sexes surfactants form,the external within salt showed no electric charges and be similar with nonionic surfactant,possiblely through dredging hydredging hydraulic and hydrogen bond or dipole function and DNA happen weak interacion.Nonionic surfactant interact with DNA through hydraulic,hydrogen bonding hydrophobic such interactions.
