【摘要】 本文研究了不同制备方法对纳米SiO2/NR复合材料力学性能的影响,结果表明:乳液共凝法制备的纳米SiO2/NR复合材料的力学性能优于机械共混法制备的纳米SiO2/NR复合材料力学性能。而先用硅酸钠和乙酸乙酯等制备纳米SiO2乳液,再与天然胶乳共凝的方法比用市售纳米SiO2与天然胶乳共凝的方法,纳米SiO2/NR复合材料的力学性能较好。

【Abstract】 The effect of different preparation methods on the mechanical properties of Nano-SiO2/NR composites was studied.The nesults showed that the mechanical properties of composite prepared by emulsion coagulation method was more excellent than that prepared by treadi tional mechanical blending.However,the desiralle mechanical properties of the composite prepared by the method of nano-SiO2 emulsion prepared firstly by sol-gel method using the sodium melasilicate and the ethyl acrtate,then co-cagulated with natural rubber latex,when compared with the composite prepared by the method of puechased nano-SiO2 co-coagulated with natural rubbe latex.
