大颗粒流化床放大准则简化与冷态验证
Simplification and Cold-Model Verification of Scaling Laws for Large-Particle Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 以气固两相流和相似理论为基础,对流化床中颗粒相与流体相动量方程进行了分析与处理,将原放大准则的9个无量纲准数简化成了7个,分别为傅鲁德数(umf2/(gD))、流化数(u0/umf)、密度比(ρp/ρr)、静床层高与床径比(Hnf/D),床体儿何结构比,球形度(φ)和粒度分布(PSD)。此放大准则不仅包含了几何条件和物料特性条件,而且包含了流化床的操作条件。经流化床冷模实验验证,该放大准则有效。
【Abstract】 The particle momentum equation and flow momentum equation in the fluidized bed were analyzed based on the gas-solid two-phase flow theory and the similarity theory.The 9 non-dimensional criteria were simplified to 7 ones,such as froude number(umf2/(gD)),fluidization number(u0/umf) density ratio(ρp/ρf),ratio of static material height to bed diameter(Hmf/D),bed geometric structure ratio,sphericity(φ) and particle size distribution(PSD).The simplified scaling laws included not only the geometric conditions and material properties conditions,but also fluidized bed operating conditions,and were proved to be effective through the cold-flow model experiment.
