【摘要】 建立了毛细管气相色谱同时测定六神祛暑水中樟脑、薄荷脑含量的方法。樟脑含量在0.04044～0.5055mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.79%(n=6),平均回收率为99.18%;薄荷脑含量在0.04984～0.2492 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%(n=6),平均回收率为99.65%。结果表明,该定量方法精密度好,准确度高,测定简便、快速,可用于制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determination of camphor and menthol in Liushen Qushu Shui was established.The linear range of camphor was 0.040 44-0.505 5 mg/mL with a good linear relationship(r=0.999 9),and average recovery was 99.18%,the relative standard deviation was 0.79%(n=6).The linear range of menthol was 0.049 84-0.249 2 mg/mL with a good linear relationship(r=0.999 4),and average recovery was 99.65%,the relative standard deviation was 1.5%(n=6).This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and it can be used to control the quality of preparation.更多还原
