离子色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中氨含量的不确定度评定
EVALUATION OF UNCERTAINTY IN THE DETERMINATION OF AMMONIA IN CIGARETTE MAINSTREAM SMOKE BY ION CHROMATOGRAPHY
【摘要】 根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》对离子色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中氨含量的不确定度进行评定,通过分析得出,测量重复性、线性回归方程以及标准溶液的配制是不确定度的主要来源。分析结果结果表明,当卷烟样品主流烟气中氨释放量为12.04μg/支时,扩展不确定度为0.40μg/支,k=2。
【Abstract】 The measurement uncertainty of ammonia content in cigarette mainstream smoke by ion chromatography was evaluated according to Evaluation and Presentation of Uncertainty in Measurement.Main souces of uncertainty were the measurement repeatability,linear regression equation and standard solution preparation.The expanded uncertainty was 0.40 μg/cig(k=2) as ammonia content in cigarette mainstream smoke was 12.04 μg/cig.
