苹果果实各部位菊酯类农药残留量分析

【摘要】 用正己烷-丙酮(体积比为l∶1)作提取剂,采用石英毛细管柱、电子捕获检测器,用气相色谱法测定苹果果皮、果肉、果核中甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯农药残留量。对苹果果肉试验结果表明,甲氰菊酯的回收率为80.9%~103.6%,相对标准偏差为1.30%~5.18%;氯氰菊酯的回收率为86.1%~103.9%,相对标准偏差为1.32%~5.0 l%;氰戊菊酯的回收率为81.3%~102.9%。相对标准偏差为2.09%~5.30%;溴氰菊酯的回收率为80.1%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为2.43%~6.39%。试验结果表明,苹果果皮、果肉、果核中农药残留量相差较大,果皮的农药残留量最多。

【Abstract】 The pyrethroid residues including fenpropathrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate and dehamethrin in the peel,pulp and kernel of apple were extracted with hexane-acetone(volume ratio 1∶l),separated in quartz capillary and determined with the electron capture detector-GC.The results showed that the recoveries of fenpropathrin,cypermethrin,fenvalerate and dehamethrin ranged from 80.9% to 103.6%,86.1% to 103.9%,81.3% to 102.9% and 80.1% to 103.8% respectively.Their RSD ranged from 1.30% to 5.18%,1.32% to 5.01%,2.09%to 5.30% and 2.43% to 6.39% respectively.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the contents of pyrethroid residues in the peel,pulp and kernel of apples,and the pyrethroid residues in peel is most.
