多壁碳纳米管-离子液体修饰电极同位镀铋膜测定铅离子
Detection of lead ion using synchronous plating bismuth film on multi-walled carbon nanotube-ionic liquid modified electrode
【摘要】 采用涂覆法制备多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)-离子液体([BMIM]PF6)修饰电极,然后在其表面同位镀铋膜,研究Pb2+在该修饰电极上的阳极溶出伏安行为。实验结果表明,Pb2+在修饰电极上于-0.5 V产生灵敏的溶出峰,Pb2+在3.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol/L浓度范围内与其溶出峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限为6.0×10-8mol/L。该修饰电极制备简单,稳定性好,完全做到无汞化操作,用于血铅含量的测定,效果良好。
【Abstract】 The novel construction method for the detection of Pb(Ⅱ) has been developed using synchronous plating bismuth film on the multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT)-ionic liquid(PF6) modified electrode surface.The sensitive anodic stripping peak of Pb2+ was obtained at the proposed sensor.Under the optimum conditions,stripping peak current of Pb2+ has good linearity with concentration in the range of 3.0×10-7~2.0×10-5 mol/L,and the detection limit is 6.0×10-8 mol/L.The resulting sensor is easy to prepare with good repeatability and can be used for determination of Pb(Ⅱ) ion in blood samples.
