烟草中NAC转录因子NtNAC8的克隆与序列分析

【摘要】 利用数据库资源和RT-PCR技术从烟草中克隆出一个NAC转录因子新成员——NtNAC8,并进一步对NtNAC8转录因子的序列进行分析;同时对该基因编码蛋白质的理化性质、蛋白质结构及其生物学功能等进行预测.结果表明,NtNAC8编码一个由301个氨基酸残基组成的相对分子质量为34.98 kD的NAC转录因子,并推测其可能作为一种与中间代谢相关的调控酶参与植物的生长发育和胁迫应答的调节.为进一步探讨NtNAC8的生物学功能及其在烟草育种中的应用提供依据.

【Abstract】 NAC(NAM,ATAF and CUC2)transcription factor is a novel transcription regulatory factor,which is specific to plant.NtNAC8,one new member of the NAC transcription factor,was cloned from Nicotiana tabacum L.Various bioinformatics softwares were applied to further analysis and predict of the physicochemical properties,protein structure and biological function of NtNAC8.The results indicate that NtNAC8 encodes one NAC transcription factor,which contains a conserved NAC domain,including 301 amino acid and with the molecular mass of 34.98 kD,and NtNAC8 probably participates in the regulatory function of growth,development,and response to stress in plants act as the specific enzyme related to the intermediary metabolism.It would provide the evidence for further studying the biological function and application in tobacco breeding of NtNAC8.
