【Abstract】 Based on social evaluation and analysis of the quality of the current shortcomings of college graduates and employment bottlenecks,this paper makes a comparative study of ancient and modern educational theories and methods concerning the concepts of education,educational system,personnel training mode,the content of education,teaching methods and practical aspects.By way of case studies,the author makes an in-depth study of the problems and affecting factors in the training of practical abilities among college students of arts and design and gives some suggestions on improving quality of education in the field of arts and design.更多还原
