【摘要】 文中介绍了中远集运能效管理信息系统与碳排放计算器的开发背景、系统架构、系统使用开发技术、EEOI计算依据与碳排放计算器的功能与应用。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the energy efficiency information management system of COSCON and development background,system architecture,systems development techniques of carbon emissions calculator and the calculating basis for EEOI and the function and the application of carbon emissions calculator.
