【Abstract】 In China,the farmer is a group whose version rights is the weakest.How to guarantee farmers’ rights is an important issue worthy of research.The beneficial enlightments of the Xiao-Zhang comment group are as follows:firstly,to guarantee farmers’ version rights,a paltform should be established and the channel should be made smooth.Secondly,more practical democratic rights should be got in an orderly way under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.Lastly,farmers should know that getting version rights is a gradual process,and should not exceed their mandate and make it a mere fomality.更多还原
