【摘要】 目的探讨自然分娩产妇在待产、分娩过程中实施爱力减痛分娩法的效果.方法对干预组150例孕妇自孕7月开始进行爱力减痛分娩法训练,并在待产与分娩过程中运用;对照组150例自然分娩产妇只按常规分娩.观察两组产妇分娩方式、产后出血率、新生儿Apgar评分。结果干预组产妇自然分娩率明显高于对照组,产后出血率、新生儿窒息率明显少于对照组。结论爱力减痛分娩法不但是一种安全、有效的减轻疼痛分娩方法,还可能提高自然分娩率,减少产后出血及新生儿窒息,提高产科质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of the love analgesia during predelivery and delivery of the women by spontaneous labor.Methods 150 pregnant woman in treatment group engaged in training of the love analgesia since seven months of pregnancy and applied the method during predelivery and delivery;150 women by spontaneous labor in the control group delivered in the regular way.The dilivery method,hemorrhage and Apgar in neonatus in both of the groups were observed.Results The spontaneous labor of women in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group while the postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly less than those in the control group.Conclusion Ihe love analgesia is a safe and effective pain-relieving method of childbirth and can improve the Natural childbirth,reduce postpartum hemorrhage and asphyxia neonatorum and upgrade the quality of obstetrics additionally.更多还原
