【摘要】 目的探讨FLT3在急性髓性白血病(AML)中的表达情况。方法核型正常的AML患者20例,核型异常的AML患者30例,分别于化疗前抽取骨髓3ml,用PCR方法检测白血病细胞FLT3的表达情况。结果核型正常的AML FLT3的表达率为5.0%,核型异常的AML FLT3的表达率为26.7%。难治复发的AML FLT3的表达率是33.3%,持续完全缓解的AML FLT3的表达率是4.5%。FLT3的表达情况与骨髓中高白血病细胞所占比例和高外周血白细胞计数有关,与FAB亚型无关。有FLT3表达的AML患者无病生存(DFS)和总体生存(OS)时间短,无FLT3表达的AML患者无病生存(DFS)和总体生存(OS)时间长,二者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 FLT3可做为核型正常的AML患者的危险因素,指导临床个体化治疗AML。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of fms-related tyrosine Kinase 3(FLT3) in acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods AML patients with normal karyotype were 20 cases,the abnormal karyotype were 30 cases.Aspiration bone marrow 3ml before themotherapy respectively,to detect the FLT3 expression in leukemia cells with polyenzyme chain react(PCR).Results The FLT3 expression rate in AML patients with normal karyotype is 5.0%,and 26.7% is in AML Patients with abnormal karyotype,and 33.3% is in AML patients with refractory-relapse,and 4.5% is in AML patients with continue remission.The FLT3 expression rate is connection with high leukemia cells percentage in bone marroal and high blood cells count in peripheral blood,and is not connection with Franch America British(FAB) classification.The free-disease survival(FDS)and overall survived(OS) are shorter in FLT3 expression AML patients than in not FLT3 expression AML patients.There is a statistical significance between the former and the latter(P<0.05).Conclusion FLT3 is a kind of danger factor in the AML patients with normal karyotype,and to guild clinical individual treatinent.更多还原
