【Abstract】 Huangshi is a typical resource-oriented city.The developing strategy of Big industry,Big park,Big city" will create a new scientific developing situation for Huangshi.Huangshi government has paid great attention to the introduction and construstion of the petrochemical and chemical projects.But most chemical enterprises have toxic,inflammable or explosive substances,so more attentions should be attached attention to entironment conservation and to strengthening environmental emergency capability by establishing emergency preplan of environment emergency events.Identification of major hazard installations,preplan preparation and preplan drill are the primary coverage of the emergency preplan of chemical enterprise.The strengthening of the emergency capability of chemical enterprises can promote economic sustainable development in Huangshi city.更多还原
