【Abstract】 This paper uses literature,questionnaires,interviews and other methods,starting from the requirements of knowledge economy perspective for sports coaches,studying current coaches training system and the existing problems of our country.From the training objectives,methods,content and channels,build a coach training model which is suited to China’s national conditions,scientific and effective,and provide a theoretical reference for the sustained and healthy development of China’s athletics.更多还原
