【摘要】 抑郁症作为危害人类身心健康的常见病,其发病机制错综复杂,至今尚未完全阐明,近年来抑郁症海马神经可塑性改变及其中医药干预机制逐渐成为新亮点。纵观目前研究现状来看,抑郁症形成过程中确实存在神经元萎缩、再生受损以及凋亡的可塑性变化,中药对抑郁症海马区神经元保护作用确切,抗抑郁疗效显著,但其中仍存在一些值得思考、亟待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Depression is a somatopsychic illness.Its mechanism is very complicated and some of it was unclear.These years the neural plasticity on depression is become the new highlight of the mechanism of depression and its antidepressants of Chinese medicine.From the datas of the present studies,the mechanism of depression were related to the neuronatrophy regeneration-failure and apoptosis of hippocampi,and the effect of the Chinese medicine was clear and its mechanism was related to protecting the hippocampal neurons of depression.But there were still remained some problems need to be thought and to be solved.更多还原
