【摘要】 2010年,中俄两国战略协作伙伴关系不断深化,各领域的合作全面展开并取得了丰硕成果,但也存在着双方贸易结构性矛盾制约经贸合作、知识产权方面的矛盾难以解决阻碍高科技合作以及俄罗斯固有的对华防范心理、抱怨中国与中亚国家能源合作和中国售俄农产品质量低劣等问题。不过,中俄两国睦邻友好、深化合作的趋势已难以逆转,未来中俄全方位、多层次、高质量、有效率的合作机制将会把两国关系推向新的更高水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 As strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia develops,all-round cooperation in various fields has been encouraged and abundant fruits have been achieved.However,some drawbacks still exist in such aspects as the constraints on economic and trade cooperation between the two countries,inconsistencies in observing the intellectual property rights that prove to be a hindrance to their high-tech cooperation,the Russians’ inherent precautious psychology against China,as well as Russia’ complaints about energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries and low quality of agricultural products from China.Nevertheless,the current trends of developing an amicable relationship and deepening cooperation between the two big neighbors cannot be reversed.In future,a cooperative mechanism that is all directional,multi-dimensional,high-grade and efficient,will boost their bilateral ties upward to new heights.更多还原
