基于参数优化的炮塔轻量化设计

【摘要】 根据火炮炮塔三维实体模型和有限元网格划分的基本原则,建立了炮塔的有限元模型并进行了静态刚强度分析。参照分析结果,以炮塔护板的厚度为设计变量,两耳轴中心的位移为约束条件,进行尺寸优化,得到护板厚度的优化解;然后选取护板为优化区域,每个单元的伪密度为优化设计变量,两耳轴中心的位移为约束条件,进行拓扑优化,依据拓扑优化结果在护板薄弱处设置加强筋,以保证炮塔的刚强度和安全性。最后建立了优化后炮塔的三维实体模型,并与优化前的结构进行了对比分析,结果表明本文的分析方法对工程设计具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the 3D solid model and basic principles of meshing,a finite element(FE) model of the gun turret was established and static FE analysis was carried out.According to the results,size optimization of the turret shields was performed,during which design variables were gauges of the shields and the constraint was a given maximum nodal displacement at the center grid point between two trunnions.Topology optimization of the shields is done,during which the shields were defined as topology design space.A design variable was the fictitious density of each element in the design space and the constraint was the same as above.Ribs were set up reasonably on the shield weaknesses to ensure the strength and security of the turret.A new optimized CAD model was built and contrasted to the former one.The results show that the method can provide some reference to the engineering design.
