以不饱和聚酯树脂为基的玻璃钢复合材料防老化研究进展
Development on Anti-ageing of Unsaturated Polyester Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic(GFRP) Composites
【摘要】 综述了不饱和聚酯树脂基玻璃钢复合材料(GFRP)防老化方面的最近研究进展,包括GFRP表面新型涂层及树脂的添加剂(紫外线吸收剂、受阻胺光稳定剂和抗氧剂等)。结果表明,只使用单一的稳定剂效果不佳,必须将抗氧剂和其他添加剂(例如某些环氧化合物)并用,才能取得较好的效果。
【Abstract】 Recent advances in anti-ageing of unsatured polyester glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) were reviewed in this paper,including novel coating of GFRP and adding various stabilizers,such as ultraviolet absorbent,hindered amine light stabilizers(HALS) and antioxidant.The results showed the effect was not good using single stabilizer.The combined use of Main and side antioxidant and other additives(e.g.some epoxy compounds) had the best Effect on maintaining anti-ageing of GFRP
