【摘要】 目的观察健膝汤配合外敷中药治疗膝骨性关节炎脾肾两虚湿注骨节证的临床疗效。方法将56例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例,服用健膝汤,每日1剂,2周为1个疗程。患膝外敷中药伤痛散,2 d敷1次,2周为1个疗程。对照组26例,口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片,每次0.1 g,每日1次,2周为1个疗程。1个疗程后统计疗效。观察两组总有效率、治疗前后患者的中医证候、主症积分变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为86.7%和77.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均有改善,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后主症积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后主症除关节肿胀积分外治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服健膝汤配合外敷中药治疗膝骨性关节炎脾肾两虚湿注骨节证能减轻疼痛,缓解症状,改善膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianxi decoction combining drug penetration therapy on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) in patients with insufficiency of spleen-kidney and dampness infusion into bone and joints.Methods 56 patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Jianxi decoction orally,one dosage per day,2 weeks per course,and Shangtong powder application externally,once every two days,7 times per course;and 26 patients in control group received diclofenac sodium,0.1 g per day,2 weeks per course.The total effective rate,Chinese medicine symptoms scores and main symptoms scores in two groups were compared after one therapeutic course.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 86.7% and 77.7% respectively(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine symptoms scores in each group before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05),and the differences between two groups after treatment were significant(P<0.05).The main symptoms scores in each group before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01),except for the scores of joints swelling,the differences of the scores between two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianxi decoction orally combining external therapy is very effective for KOA to relieve the degree of joint pain,allaying TCM symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients.更多还原
