【摘要】 目的观察布地奈德混悬液(令舒)治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法 160例哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予β2受体激动剂、茶碱等治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加入布地奈德混悬液治疗。结果临床症状减轻或消失时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液临床疗效好,起效快,且作用持久,不良反应少,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of budesonide sucralfate in infants with asthma.Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into two group,the control group was treated by β2 agonists combined with amino-phylline,while in treatment group besides the above mentioned treatment,the budesonide sucralfate was added.Results The signs and symptoms of asthma in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05) more than the controls.Conclusion Budesonide sucralfate is effective,has a rapid onset,and long duration,showed fewer side effects in children infants asthma.更多还原
