【摘要】 目的探讨抗癌药酒在动物体内抗癌及免疫调节作用。方法取药酒小鼠灌胃,观察药酒对动物移植性肝癌及肺癌的抑制作用、评判药酒对小鼠免疫系统的影响、并对药酒的安全性进行了评价。结果药酒对小鼠肝癌抑瘤率为43.2%,小鼠路易斯肺癌抑瘤率为44.26%。结论药酒有抗癌和提高免疫力作用,毒性低,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the effect of Yaojiu on antitumor and immunology.Methods Liver cancer H22 and Lung cancer Lewis-bearing mice were treated with Yaojiu for 10 days and the inhibitory rate of tumor,spleen index observed.Results Yaojiu could inhibit the growth of tumor in bearing mice and increase the spleen cells significantly.Conclusion These results suggested that Yaojiu could obviously inhibit the growth of tumor and enhance the immune functions in mice.更多还原
