【摘要】 目的了解精神分裂症中医证候类型的构成比例,为建立精神分裂症常见中医证候标准提供依据。方法采用临床流行病学调查方法,对湖南、江苏等10个调查点990例精神分裂症患者进行了中医辨证及证候指标调查。结果精神分裂症患者存在16种证候类型,依据其构成比大小,排前5位的依次是:痰火内扰证19.9%,心脾两虚证11.9%,肝胆火盛证11.1%,阴虚火旺证9.6%和肝郁犯脾证8.6%。结论精神分裂症的常见中医证候是痰火内扰、心脾两虚、肝胆火盛、阴虚火旺和肝郁犯脾5类,精神分裂症常见中医证型与PANSS量表总分之间存在一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the composition ratio of the syndromes in TCM of Schizophrenia so as to establish a criterion of common TCM syndromes for Schizophrenia.Methods According to the ways of clinical epidemiology,differentiation and syndromes’ indexes in TCM were investigated in 990 Schizophrenia patients in 10 investigative sites such as Hunan,Jiangsu and so on.Results There were 16 kinds of syndrome types in Schizophrenia.According to order of composition ratio,the first five syndrome types were phlegm-fire inter-harassing19.9%,cardiosplenic asthenia11.9%,hepatocholic fire11.1%,asthenic yin and excessive yang 9.6% and hepatic stagnation disturbing spleen 8.6%.Conclusion The common TCM syndromes types of Schizophrenia are as followings: phlegm-fire inter-harassing,cardiosplenic asthenia,hepatocholic fire,asthenic yin and excessive yang and hepatic stagnation disturbing spleen,which is related,in total scores,to PANSS Scale.更多还原
