【摘要】 目的:观察补脾益气养血通便汤治疗脾胃虚弱、气血不足型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:治疗组40例采用补脾益气养血通便汤治疗,对照组40例采用莫沙比利治疗。结果:近期疗效治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组比较,P<0.05;远期疗效治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:补脾益气养血通便汤治疗功能性便秘疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effects of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction on functional constipation in type of spleen-stomach weakness and deficiency of qi-blood.Method: The 40 patients in treatment group treated with the decoction,and 40 patients in control group with mosapride.Results: In the short-term effects,the total effective rate was 95% in treatment group,and 75% in control group(P<0.05);in long-term effects,the total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group,and 62.5% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Bupi Yiqi Yangxue Tongbian decoction is definitefor the functional constipation.更多还原
