【摘要】 目的:探讨药物注射联合针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者均采用药物注射联合针刀治疗,治疗期间停用其他药物及保守治疗方法,每周1次,3次1疗程,治疗2疗程,随访3月-1 a。结果:治愈55例,显效16例,有效10例,无效5例,有效率为94.2%。结论:药物注射联合针刀是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法,该方法具有操作简便,患者痛苦小,疗程短,易于接受,症状改善快,效果肯定等优点。更多还原
