【摘要】 目的:探讨参苓白术汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法:136例患者随机分为两组,中药组给予口服参苓白术汤治疗,对照组采用匹维溴胺片治疗。2组均以4周为1疗程,1疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:中药组有效率87.1%,对照组85.0%。结论:参苓白术汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效满意。更多还原
