【摘要】 目的:评估下颌阻生智齿拔除后拔牙窝内放置中药疮疡灵可溶性明胶海绵对预防干槽症的临床疗效。方法:选择下颌阻生智齿拔牙病例174例220颗患牙,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组110颗患牙。治疗组在拔牙窝内置入中药疮疡灵可溶性明胶海绵,对照组为空白对照,对比两组病例术后干槽症的发生率。结果:治疗组和对照组干槽症的发生率分别为0.91%和15.45%,治疗组干槽症的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:下颌阻生智齿拔除术后牙槽窝内植入中药疮疡灵可溶性明胶海绵能有效预防干槽症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This paper intends to evaluate the functions traditional Chinese medicine Chuang Yangling soluble gelatin sponge have for the prevention of dry socket after the removal of mandibular wisdom tooth.Methods:By selecting the mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extraction cases 174 cases with 220 sick teeth.Those cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 110 teeth for each group.As for experimental group,Chuang Yangling Soluble gelatin sponge were put in the tooth crypt after the extraction of the teeth while nothing was placed for the control group.Result:The rate of dry sockety for experimental group was 0.91% while for the other group the figure was 15.45%.It was obvious that the use of Chuang Yangling soluble gelatin sponge could lower the rate of dry socket(P<0.05).Conclusion:We can conclude that traditional Chinese medicine Chuang Yangling soluble gelatin sponge could successfully prevent the occurrence of dry socket after the removal of mandibular wisdom tooth.更多还原
