【摘要】 目的:观察养肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化模型血清学指标的影响。方法:将大鼠造成肝纤维化模型,测定大鼠血清中HA、PCⅢ、LN、IV.C的水平。结果:肝纤维化模型复制成功后,可使血清HA、PCⅢ、LN、IV.C水平升高,应用养肝胶囊可纠正上述血清学变化。结论:血清HA、PCⅢ、LN、IV.C与大鼠肝纤维化程度有一定正相关,在肝纤维化模型诊断中有一定价值,养肝胶囊可有效改善肝纤维化大鼠的血清学改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the status of serum markers in rat models of liver fibrosis.Methods: The rat models of liver fibrosis were made by subcutaneous injection plus malnutrition and alcohol intake.The serum levels of HA,PC Ⅲ,LN and IV.C were measured.Results: The successful replication of liver fibrosis models could raise the serum levels of HA,PC Ⅲ,LN and IV.C and the above serological changes could be corrected by applying appropriate drugs.Conclusion: Serum HA,PC Ⅲ,LN and IV.C have positive correlation with the degrees of liver fibrosis in rats,which has a certain value in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis models.更多还原
